Experience:  Mr. Blum began his legal career with the Hillsborough County Office of the Public Defender in Tampa, Florida.  In this position Mr. Blum gained a tremendous amount of Jury Trial and Non-jury Trial experience in the Felony, Misdemeanor and Juvenile Divisions. In 2004, Mr. Blum began defending community associations against lawsuits ranging from premises liability, breaches of contracts and breach of fiduciary duty.

Experience:   Mr. Volpi began his legal career in
1987 working for the State Attorney’s Office
in West Palm Beach, Florida. During his employment with the State Attorney, Mr. Volpi gained a vast amount of Jury and
Non-jury trial experience in the Juvenile,
Misdemeanor and Felony Trial Divisions. Mr. Volpi
also investigated and prosecuted numerous
consumer fraud cases while assigned to the
White Collar Crime Division.

In 1991 Mr. Volpi entered private practice focusing on criminal defense and bankruptcy cases. During this time period he handled bankruptcy adversary cases and defended criminal cases that included DUI, Trafficking, Sexual Battery and Second
Degree Murder. Each such case was defended
through trial.


Interests: Mr. Volpi is married and has three
young children. He is an active volunteer with the
Gulf Stream Council, Boy Scouts of America
and is currently serving as its District Chairman.
In the past Mr. Volpi has served as the Chairman
for the Scouting for Food Program, Chairman of
the Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner and as a District Advancement Chairman.

Experience: Mr. Thillman is an ethical and aggressive trial lawyer with over twenty years of experience. He has tried many jury and non-jury cases to conclusion. He has defended professional architects and engineers in construction defect litigation and as well as having prosecuted construction defect cases. Mr. Thillman has also successfully prosecuted and defended many commercial litigation cases both large and small.
