One of the easiest ways to review statutory changes to Florida law is to read the "Chapter Laws". The Chapter laws mark the statutory changes with edits (cross outs for deletions and underlining for additions). Unfortunately, locating and extracting the relevant portions of Chapter Laws can be time consuming.

In an effort to simplify locating and reviewing the 2008 Chapter Laws, we decided to post selected portions related to community associations. Shortly, the 2008 Chapter Laws related to Business transactions, Business Litigation, Commercial Real Estate and Title Insurance will be posted as well.
